Is the domain mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name from day one, on every plan.
What happens if I cancel the subscription?
The site goes offline at the end of the paid month. The domain, texts and photos stay yours, and you can take them anywhere.
Can I buy the site later?
Yes. 50% of the subscription you have paid is deducted from the site price. After 24 months of subscription, you take the site files at no cost.
What counts as a content change?
Changing texts, photos, prices, opening hours, services and contacts. New pages and features use the Growth plan hours or are quoted separately.
How fast are changes done?
Within 2 business days, one request at a time.
What if I change my mind?
You have 7 days after signing up to cancel with a full refund.
